Christmas Eve Eve

I'm having so much fun taking photos of my baby girl, Kinsley. I love documenting EVERYTHING through photos... I love looking back at how much she's changed over just 7 short months. Her very first Christmas is approaching and I look forward to holidays so much more now that I have a little one. Here are some pics I am posting this Christmas Eve Eve to remember :)

friends.

Mom, why did you take that yummy stick away?

And we're done... haha

Jordan

You can't go wrong if you're a pretty girl that bakes haha. Jordan and I met on a freezing cold day to take some photos for a lifestyle shoot PLUS some photos for her blog, The Sweetest Things: http://jordanbeaston.blogspot.com/ She posts recipes and photos of yummy food along with gift ideas and other fun things. Check it out!
We decided to incorporate some"baking" things into the shoot which was so much fun! Cute aprons, mixing bowls and wooden rolling pin were all incorporated. Loved all the colors!

Gilbert Sisters

Morgan and Jordan are such beautiful sisters! They joined me for a photosession in between the rain and we managed to get some great light and some great shots! They wanted to get some photos done for Christmas presents, and I know they're fam will be excited to decorate their home with such gorgeous ladies! Thanks for working so fast and getting these pics in just before the down pour! :) Merry Christmas!

Baby Tristan

Brittani and I chatted at starbucks many times just discussing pregnancy and being a new mommy. Finally december came and she had a beautiful baby boy named Tristan. With a new house under wraps, I was amazed at how much she adapted to mommyhood even while her house was getting new floors and paint. I seriously have no idea how she does it. Taking care of a newborn is hard work! She is so blessed to have such loving people in her life letting her get some well deserved rest (and showers). :)
Tristan was snug as a bug when I got there, little did he know we were stripping him down and putting on hats, blankets, and new diapies over and over again.

He did so well! And he already loves his mommy SO much! You're doing a great job, Britt!

Little Kell

Baby Brayden is finally here! It seems like I was JUST photographing Sara's belly and all of the sudden Brayden is here and now 11 days old! So tiny! He started to LOVE the camera and the camera certainly loved him, too! We thought he'd be sleeping most of the shoot, but to our surprise he was awake and looking at the camera most of the time haha. His mom and dad showered him with love the whole time- kissing those brand new cheeks and cuddling him inbetween takes. If this doesn't give you baby fever then I don't know what will! :)

Sara's grandpa passed away during her pregnancy so she wanted to incorporate a picture of him into the photo session... so adorable!

Congrats on your sweet baby boy! I can't wait to watch this little Kell grow!

Special Gift for Mom

Surprise photo sesh for mom... what a wonderful time to get together son, daughter, daughter-in-law, soon-to-be son-in-law, and grandson. Part engagement, part holiday, part for fun, these are the moments you want to capture and cherish. Family is the most important thing. All can pass away, but the memories and love you have with your family is something you want to hold onto forever. They know this first hand, and I'm so happy that they can keep these photos of them laughing, hugging, and kissing FOREVER.

The Bakers

It is always a good time with the Bakers. Kevin is hilarious, even when he is battling a cold. Smiles and kisses are never forced and I love capturing how much this family adores each other! Katie made some things to bring to the shoot that they wanted to use for Christmas cards and presents! I LOVED the ideas she had and I'm ALWAYS up for handmade props! They are just so special! She wanted to make signs for each of the grandparents (Big Daddy, Gammie, Papa and Bubba)... So each of them can have a picture of baby Brody in a customized way. SO cute.

Happy Holidays!
